The meeting will take place in the Committee Room and there is a virtual option to attend. Although the main work of the Accessibility Coordinator and Lunenburg County Accessibility Advisory Committee is to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to access in municipal spaces, goods and services, barriers to accessibility exist throughout our communities. The Nova Scotia Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism, and Heritage is currenly accepting applications to the Community ACCESS-Ability and Business ACCESS-Ability Programs. these grants provide funding for various types of businesses and organizations to increase accessibility in specific ways.
